What this site is
Hard Asset Reserve (“HAR,” “we”) is a private-client office that prepares reviewed Physical Reserve Strategy Briefs for investors considering directly owned precious-metals reserves. The site offers educational content, a private intake, and — where appropriate — coordination of a private conversation with a founding partner.
What this site is not
- Not investment advice. HAR is not a registered investment adviser. Nothing on this site or in any Physical Reserve Strategy Brief constitutes individualized investment, legal, or tax advice, and no advisory relationship is created by the use of the site or the submission of the intake.
- Not a dealer’s storefront. HAR does not hold inventory, quote prices, or transact in metals on this site. Execution, when appropriate, occurs separately through the client’s chosen counterparties.
- Not a performance forecast. No content on this site predicts future prices, returns, or market direction. Historical context is offered to inform, not to predict.
Eligibility
Use of the site and the intake is limited to adults who can form a binding contract under the laws of their jurisdiction. By submitting the intake you represent that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are acting on your own behalf or on behalf of an entity you are authorized to represent.
The Physical Reserve Strategy Brief
Each brief is prepared in response to a specific intake and reviewed by a founding partner before delivery. The brief is a considered educational document: it names structure, tradeoffs, and questions to pursue with your own financial, legal, and tax advisors. It does not recommend specific products, allocations, or counterparties. It is prepared in good faith on the information you provide; omissions or inaccuracies in the intake will affect what the brief can usefully say.
The brief is prepared for your use in the decisions you and your advisors make. You may share it with those advisors. Redistribution of the brief as marketing material, public commentary, or for commercial purposes without HAR’s written consent is not permitted.
Private conversations
A private conversation follows a reviewed brief, by invitation. Conversations are held in confidence. Scheduling takes place through the booking link we provide with the brief; availability is coordinated case by case.
Risk
Physical precious metals involve costs, spreads, premiums, custody fees, insurance, logistics, counterparty selection, market risk, and liquidity considerations. Performance is never guaranteed. Past behavior of the metals markets does not predict future outcomes. The decision to hold physical metal — and in what form, through what custody path, and in what size — rests with you and your advisors.
Intellectual property
The site, its copy, its visual design, the Physical Reserve Strategy Brief methodology, and related materials are the property of Hard Asset Reserve. The specific brief you receive is prepared for your use and the use of your advisors. All other rights are reserved.
Links, third-party services
The site references third-party services (scheduling, analytics, email delivery, AI inference) that operate under their own terms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for content they provide or decisions they make. Please review their terms where relevant.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and the brief are provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. HAR disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HAR and its members will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the site or the brief, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that venue.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, communicated directly. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
